Step-by-step implementation of the order:
- The customer makes a translation request via our website admiralbureau.com or emailing to: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The request should include:
- direction of translation (the target language)
- desired term
- telephone number for immediate communication
- full name as in a foreign passport, and if necessary, the geographical names
- method of certification (by notary, seal of the Translation Bureau, Apostille)
- The ADMIRAL Translation Bureau evaluates the terms of execution, cost and informs the Customer in writing within an hour.
- The customer confirms the order in writing and pays 50% of the cost in advance.
- The confirmation of payment should be made to the e-mail email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org or to the Viber +380965195888 (a photo).
- The ADMIRAL Translation Bureau confirms the order in writing and executes it within the specified time period.
- The Bureau emails a photo of the translation (certification) where the customer can review the translation.
- When the customer makes sure that the translation is completed, he pays the rest 50% of the cost (if he does not pick up it from the office).
- The ADMIRAL Translation Bureau sends the translation to the Customer by Nova Poshta (at the Customer’s expense) or it can be picked up by the customer in our office.
The ways to pay and payment procedure
You can pay for our services in the following ways:
- to transfer funds to PrivatBank card;
- to deliver funds by yourself to our office (the address is specified on our website admiralbureau.com);
- to transfer funds to acc. LLC, FOP;
- to transfer money to a European card if you are abroad.
